If you have read the documentation and are still stuck, feel free to contact our support team on the basis of your active subscription or your active evaluation license by sending us a message via our Customer Center. Support requests are handled by yFiles core developers, so you always get expert advice. Personal support is included in your active subscription or active evaluation license.

Alternatively, you can email us at yfileshtml@yworks.com. Please include your evaluation ID or user ID in the email subject.

Did you know that our documentation includes a search function? It compiles the best results from the Developer's Guide and the API-Doc, as well as from our extensive Knowledge Base.
To narrow down the problem as quickly as possible, please provide as many details as you can. Be sure to include these essentials:
  • What exact version of yFiles for HTML are you using?
  • What browser and operating system are you using? What versions?
  • What problem have you run into, and how can it be reproduced? If possible, please send us source code. We treat all of your data confidentially.
